AFTER SALE SERVICE


Each item sold by OLIVOLGA has a 1-year guarantee (invoice date).


Beyond this date and according to the brand of the item which is concerned you will be proposed an estimate.

This guarantee is excluded in case of wrong use, neglect or maintenance defect from the buyer, as well as in case of fair wear and tear.

OLIVOLGA will replace or get repaired guaranted products estimated defective.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
 

If you wish to return an item which does not suit you and according to the French Law, you have to contact us within a 7-day period from the delivery date.

OLIVOLGA has decided to extend this period to 10 days.

Enquiries for exchanges or returns made beyond 10 days from the delivery date will be systematically refused.

Any product can be returned except perfumes, special orders and custom-made items.

According to your choice, we will pay you back or exchange the item for another one of your choice.
 
In both cases (exchange or return), we recommand you to contact the customer service by e-mail at contact@olivolga.com indicating your name and order (or invoice) number. We will send you all the information you need to return your order in the best conditions.

In order to avoid misunderstandings, the buyer will have to ship the item(s) to return exactly as received. We advise you to ship the item(s) via registered letter or parcel with a tracking number. Please keep the receipt mentioning the tracking number and the shipping date.

After checking the perfect condition of the item(s) and according to the French Law, OLIVOLGA will pay the buyer back (except return shipping fees) within 30 days.
